The way I work is different from other coaching you may have experienced.
Often, people turn to coaching when they feel stressed or overwhelmed. At these times, feeling like you have to take on extra tasks can be incredibly unhelpful. Our sessions will NOT give you any techniques or anything extra to do, nor will we need to re-explore your traumatic past. Coaching Retreat in the Swiss Alps
A conscious pause in nature, supporting clarity, inner calm, and fresh creativity for your business and personal life.
Join me for a minimum of two days in the serene surroundings of the Swiss Alps.
This personal coaching retreat is designed for people who wish to step out of everyday pressure and create space for clarity, inner calm, and new perspectives. It is especially supportive if you sense that something deeper is available to you, yet you still find yourself caught in stress, overthinking, or inner tension.
Through 1:1 conversations and time spent in nature, a quiet space opens where insight, ease, and creativity can naturally emerge. Depending on the weather and individual preferences, our time together may include walks in the mountains, as well as extended conversations in a calm and relaxed setting.
A nourishing lunch is included as part of the experience.
Accommodation and transportation are not included.
